I felt like creating my delicious banana pancakes.
This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes on the weekend.
They are so super fast to make and just incredibly tasty I can recommend them to you – especially now for the Christmas season.
So get moving, get your pans out and let’s hit it:
300g of almond flour
some coconut milk
a little coconut oil (for the frying process)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon For the berry topping: mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, fresh currants) Juice of a 1/2 lemon some cinnamon Preparation is very easy.
Stir everything with a hand blender until everything is well mixed.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat in the pan with a scoop or ladle.
When the pancake throws small bubbles turn.
When the pancakes are done, garnish them as you please.
For example with chocolate sauce, Nutella or like me, with a berry topping.
